Does QTP support automating BMC Remedy ITSM ?? Couple of discussions and reviews online stated there is a difficulty in identifying objects in Remedy. BMC Remedy has a Web UI and not a windows based application though. Remedy applications draws out elements that does not use standard windows api.. Also , does UFT has any extra freatures/add in that could recognize elements in BMC Remedy.. ?
